Cocoon
Out of Hours Theatre
Can we still show up for ourselves, even in the mess?
Still scrolling? And scrolling... oh look, a funny cat... and scrolling?
Meanwhile, YOUR laundry's multiplying like popcorn,
the floor is a sea of socks,
and you forgot to drink water, AGAIN!
Can we still show up for ourselves, even when things get messy?
This is a show for you, for us. To try and find gentleness when the chaos hits hard.
COCOON is a physical theatre show blending movement and sound to create a whirlwind through the psyche (and bedroom) of a twenty-something-year-old battling with the impossibility of cleaning their room. Or fixing their life? Metaphor? Duh!
